Our Approach

TRUE Infrastructure is a specialist Australian funds management company launched in 2020 whose key focus is the effective administration and management of the TRUE Infrastructure Fund.

TRUE Infrastructure’s management approach is built around two key philosophies:

(1) A partnership model under which TRUE Infrastructure seeks to source, maintain and develop close relationships with key strategic partners within the infrastructure sector. Such strategic partners include the fund managers of the underlying funds in which the Fund is invested. 
‍
(2) A portfolio management approach built around active portfolio construction and review, a clear sector focus and a rigorous and structured investment approval process.

The Directors

Mike Fitzpatrick, Director of True Infrastructure

Mr Fitzpatrick is a pioneer in infrastructure funds management, having established Hastings Funds Management in 1994 (sold to Westpac in 2005). Mr Fitzpatrick holds a number of other nonexecutive directorships, including Foresight Group Australia, Carnegie Clean Energy Limited and Latam Autos Limited.

Mr. Bearman has had a distinguished career in investment management, with expertise in building high-performing teams, driving business strategy, and managing organisational change. He currently holds board positions with Qualitas Securities Trustee Board, Netwealth Superannuation Fund, Real Asset Capital Partners, and True Infrastructure.
